Optimization and debottlenecking of separation processes

The objectives were:
the avoidance of fouling and membrane deterioration in the chemical industry through the development of the appropriate mitigation technologies and / or treatment sequences at laboratory and pilot scale.
to improve the performance of membranes treatment on high concentrated streams.
to reduce the energy and cost associated to membrane filtration in the chemical industry.
